I use this scale everyday to help track weight trends. It connects to an app on your phone via bluetooth so that you can keep track of data trends over time!

Ab Wheel

I love using this ab wheel to make core day a little extra spicy! Add a band to it to make it even more of a challenge!

Leg Bands

When I first got into lifting weights I didn’t realize that there were different kinds of mini bands to use for your legs. This one is specifically designed with extra tension and has a built in layer that prevents it from sliding. You definitely need this to spice up your leg day! They come in three different sizes black (small), red (medium) and blue (large). I find myself reaching for the red one most often!

AB Mat

After doing some intensive research on how to build up ab muscles, I found that using something such as an ab mat is helpful to put extra resistance on the muscles. This is the one I have been using for about a year now and have been loving how much it has helped my ab muscles get stronger!

Resistence Bands

I love using these bands a lot to help mimic certain machines that I do not have access to working out from home. I also take these with me on vacation for the same reason. They are so easy to throw into a suitcase or bag! The other thing that is amazing about these bands vs a machine is it helps to cater to your muscles a little better than a machine would because of its adaptability and flexibility. I could not recommend these more!
